MACH 4® Solves Your Trimming Problems
Your Problem: Conventional Trimmer Line Hassles
Harassing grass trimmer line failures and constant stopping is caused by weak, overstressed trimmer monofilament (fishing) lines that easily break from constant impacting forces from high speeds, requiring constant replenishment (rethreading, winding) from most unreliable and complex systems that jam and fail to work.
MACH 4® TECHNOLOGY SOLVES FRUSTRATING TRIMMING HASSLES
- No more broken monofilament line
- No more harassing interruptions from these line failures
- No more fence catastrophies or “ripouts”
- No more brittle plastic blades that shatter
- No spools, no rewinding, no rethreading or snarls
- No loose knobs, loose springs, or parts to lose
- No more bump advance, or internal line binding
- No more invisible swath
- No more excessive engine noise or high pitch line squeal
- No more unnecessary and annoying vibration

Here's Why: MACH 4® Line Blades replace monofilament line and brittle plastic blades
MONOFILAMENT (FISHING LINE) AND BRITTLE PLASTIC BLADE PROBLEMS
Weak Monofilament Line is High Over-Stressed at High RPMs
 |
Weak monofilament trimmer line (conventional line) must be run at high RPMs to create adequate centrifugal force in order to achieve its limited cutting capability. This causes damaging high impacts resulting in over-stress. The line splits or breaks off thus needing constant replenishment. The power source (gas or electric) needs to be adequately powered to run at such speeds (full engine throttle). As the line rapidly turns through the air and into the grass, there are sizeable air friction and complex grass drag forces that not only create a high pitch noise, but also waste valuable power to drag, causing wasteful fuel or energy consumption and high inefficiency.
The MACH 4® solution offers a “break through” with its strong structure, powerful, and efficient streamlining for low drag. |
HARASSING INTERRUPTIONS, COMPLEX RELOADING, SNARLING, TANGLING
The trimmer operator currently experiences continued harassments and inconveniences as the high speed lines break or snag on brush or obstacles and easily rip out of the head due to very high impact destructive forces. Further complications involving unreliable feeding mechanisms, along with complex line loading difficulties all further generate added frustrations resulting in commonly experienced interruptions.
Manual line loading systems of fixed length segments also wear rapidly needing even more stops for frequent reloading.
The MACH 4® solution offers a real advantage by solving the base cause of these weak line problems with a truly engineered flexible line blade system. |

Often the user will seek other hopeful or salvaging measures such as hard brittle plastic blades (that pivot on a pin) only to result in further breakage and added disappointment. The MACH 4® solution offers a real advantage over these brittle plastic blades! |

HIGH NOISE AND ADDED WEAR AND TEAR TO THE TRIMMER ITSELF
The high RPM’s needed for conventional lines also create unnecessary line squeal and high engine noise along with added heat and vibration stresses that produce added wear and tear on the engine as well as other trimmer components. Therefore, the useful life of your basic tool is reduced. The old way of high RPM trimming with weak monofilament line is obsolete. Operating at lower RPM provides a true advantage with MACH 4® line blades which cannot be accomplished with conventional line.
THE MACH 4® BREAKTHROUGH
The revolutionary MACH 4® Line Blade System:
- “Slows it down”, “beefs it up” to stop breakage, and “makes it stronger” to last longer
- Reduces drag which saves valuable power
- Adds more cutters for more power at lower RPMs
- Easy and simple to install
- Lasts longer without interruption, you get the
job done faster
- Makes it more efficient with better cutting quality
- Makes your trimmer do more than it ever did with
high new efficiencies

MACH 4® SYSTEM “BREAKS THROUGH” MANY LINE TRIMMER BARRIERS
|
The MACH 4® line blade “breaks through” grass trimmer monofilament line barriers by solving many of the related problems that have harassed or plagued grass trimmer users over the years. This “barrier-breaker” incorporates fundamental scientific and engineering principles leading to major advancements in simplicity of reloading, performance cutting at lower non-destructive speeds, reduced power drag, sound suppression, stress relief for greater durability, material improvements, efficient operating methods, and new process developments. It further employs new trimmer operating techniques and procedures while enabling the grass trimmer to do more extensive and different job functions.
